Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, create long-term relationships with our customers and exceed sales goals.
This is a remote position that will require frequent travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes. Travel to Denver, PA or Lancaster, PA will be infrequent, but may be necessary for essential meetings and strategy sessions.
Responsibilities:
· Own full sales cycle from researching accounts to closing business.
· Develop and manage business relationships with new and current customers.
· Identify client needs and opportunities.
· Develop and deliver presentations and proposals.
· Assist in establishing account strategy.
· Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Wire products as well as competitor products and industry trends to drive opportunities.
· Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage the pipeline and achieve sales goals.
· Attend and assist at necessary trade shows and events.
· Assist in establishing sales quotes, credit terms, and sales contracts.
· Manage the communication between key customers and in the internal Direct Team to ensure systems, processes, and business objectives are achieved.
· Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
· Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with current and prospective customers to present our products and services
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales and/or customer relations.
· 2-3 years’ experience managing customer accounts and delivering customer focused solutions with a focus or background in OEM.
· Prior experience leveraging and maintaining a CRM platform to manage sales pipeline.
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Ability to communicate (both written & verbal) with customers and co-workers.
· Ability to work independently, multi-task and a self-starter.
